The Permanent Mission Of the Democratic Republic of Congo

The UN resolution of December 3, 1948, refers to 'Permanent Missions'.

Permanent Representatives are ambassadors appointed by he Democratic Republic of Congo to represent the country at UN headquarters.
The DRC, which has been a member of the UN since 1960, takes part in the discussions on the role and missions of the UN and thus has an impact on the way in which its priorities are defined and its implemented programmes.
